The differences in recognition level of the initial occupational therapist group and the senior occupational therapist group, the level of the core practice competency in occupational therapy of the initial occupational therapists evaluated by the senior occupational therapist group showed statistically lower results in all items.
Therefore, there is a discordance between the core practice competency acquired through university education and the core practice competency required in the clinical field. It is necessary to suggest the right direction of clinical education in clinical fields.
